Pontiac campers are invited to become one with nature and enjoy the 5.4KM of running and hiking we have on the property. These trails vary in difficulty to accommodate any runner’s skill level while we run in a pack formation so that no one gets left behind.

Football fans will be ecstatic to hear about our brand-new football field! Get ready to run across premium synthetic Astro Turf while you play a multitude of field sports with your friends. Don’t worry about the night sneaking up on you, we can turn on our stadium LED lights!

Under the expert eye of our golf instructors, campers are encouraged to practice their swings on Pontiac’s driving range. To mimic the game as much as possible, we have also installed synthetic greens and bunkers. At an additional cost of $250.00, campers can join our Golf Program which allows them onto our local country club’s course for nine-hole rounds two afternoons per week. This additional cost covers transportation, greens fees, and pull carts.

Camp Pontiac has archery ranges on both sides of camp for boys and girls to enjoy. Our archery ranges are safe for all campers and watched over by our instructors. If some campers are more experienced than others, the difficulty can be altered to their preference.

Camp Pontiac is home to seven baseball/softball diamonds. We recently built a Little League ballfield named “Pop’s Park” in honor of Ricky and Kenny’s dad. When there isn’t enough sunshine in the day, we head over to our lit major league field for night play.

To accommodate how popular our basketball program is, Camp Pontiac has eight different basketball courts! We have five outdoor courts for campers to enjoy in the wonderful summer weather. If the day gets away from you, fear not! These courts light up for night play. Pontiac’s three indoor courts allow campers to play, rain or shine.

Our 2019 campus improvements included a 2,500 sq. ft. air-conditioned weight room and cardio center. These facilities include a plethora of weights for all levels, ellipticals, treadmills, and stationary bikes. For those interested, we also have a heavy bag for boxing training.

Practicing and aspiring gymnasts are given free range to explore our 8,000 sq. ft. gymnastics pavilion. Pontiac has three beams, a vault table, even and uneven bars, a tumble track, a mini track and ramp, a back handspring trainer, and an Olympic sized floor mat!

Pontiac has multiple air-conditioned facilities dedicated to fitness. Among these are the studios for spin, Zumba, step aerobics, and more! Older boys and girls are welcome to take spin classes to get their hearts pumping and their confidence growing.

Each side of camp has two heated pools for campers to relax and enjoy the water. One pool is used for swimming and the other is used for pool sports like water polo, water basketball, and water volleyball. Whichever side of camp they’re on, campers can have fun in a safe environment monitored by life guards.

Our courts will have you LOVE-ing our tennis program. We really ACE-d it in 2021 when we unveiled our brand-new tennis complex comprised of eleven courts that light up for night play. Get as competitive as you want with our active tennis ladder and challenge other campers!

Once our campers are comfortable on roller skates, they might want to take a trip to one of our three hockey rinks. Our rinks light up for night play so that campers can enjoy at all active hours of the day. To beat the heat, two of our three rinks are indoors.
