Day 25!

Evening130

Today was another wonderful day of regularly scheduled activities for the entire camp.

Pontiac hosted one of the premiere and highly attended Basketball Tournaments in the area: the “Horowitz Junior”.  Eight camps participated and Pontiac was clearly the class of the field easily defeating Berkshire Hills, WahNee, Timberlake, Scatico and handily beating Greylock in the finals.

All our visitors played nicely and exhibited excellent sportsmanship and we extend them our thanks.

Congratulations to the entire team and especially to Zach Lapidus, our MVP.

Tonight all of Girls’ Side reunited with their little sisters/big sisters. The meeting point was in Arts & Crafts, where the girls got to hang out with their sisters, make some picture frames together and took some photos, so they can keep it as a beautiful memory of camp and its traditions.

On Boys’ Side, campers had a great sports day as all groups participated in league games for their Evening Activity.  All of the groups enjoyed the intense games, sportsmanship and good moments with their friends.

At the end of the day, CIT’s girls enjoyed Treetop village with quesadillas, delicious s’mores & banana boats.
