Golf

Campers interested in a golf program at summer camp are in expert hands. Our golf instructors teach the game to boys and girls of all ages. Campers learn stance, grip, and swing, starting with the fundamentals. These basics help our golfers succeed in more nuanced skills like driving, mid-irons, pitching, chipping, and putting. Campers use what they’ve learned at Pontiac’s in-camp driving range and synthetic greens and bunkers. More enthusiastic golfers can choose to join our out-of-camp summer golf program at the local country club. Here, our instructors will supervise and teach campers the more sophisticated aspects of the game.
