Campers at our artistic New York camp can escape the heat and go inside to get creative. Our two large air-conditioned crafts buildings can accommodate over 100 campers during each activity period.
Our 9 talented instructors bring campers’ imaginations to life with hands-on learning, improving our campers’ fine motor skills. Camp Pontiac will always be in their heart when they cherish the souvenirs they made at summer camp.
One building houses fine arts, mosaics and tiles, glass, pottery and ceramics, paper-mache, drawing, painting, and much more. The second building offers candle making, tie-dying, sewing, knitting, tiling, decoupage, basket making, string art, drink Tumbler decoration, and screen printing. All stations have an instructor and an assistant that specializes in each arts and crafts area here at our sleepaway camp.
