Fishing at summer camp? Count us in! With lakes this extraordinary, fishing is basically mandatory. After seeing how popular fishing became when it was introduced to our campers on our fishing island while camping on the East Coast, we recently decided to expand our fishing dock. Camp Pontiac’s lake is catch and release and we boast largemouth bass, pike, and the more common sunfish. Fishing is a great way for campers to relax during sleep away camp here in New York.
