Weight Room & Fitness
Our 2,500 sq ft. weight room and cardio center has become quite popular among our older campers. Three instructors oversee a program that includes general fitness, weightlifting, and cardio training in an age-appropriate manner. Girls and boys train separately according to their respective programs and age groups. The fitness center at our sleepaway camp is open daily until 11:00 PM for our oldest campers and staff. Our fitness center includes:

- Treadmills
- Free weights
- Weight machines
- A heavy bag
